The following conditions apply:
The delivery of the goods is worldwide.


Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

  • Value of goods up to 25 €: 2,70 € - 3,85 € (depending on the volume of the articles)
  • Value of goods from 25 €: 4,90 €

Deliveries abroad:

  • Value of goods up to 25 €: 7,90 €
  • Value of goods from 25 €: 14,90 €

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within two to three working days, for foreign deliveries within three to nine working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).

Further payment details

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
