Description
Measured on a ring the size: 13/70 Weight approx. 13 g 925 sterling silver. With the iron cross or also called paw cross, the four ends expand "paw-shaped". This form was widespread as a cross of knights and orders. As the coat of arms of the Templar order, it is also called the Templar Cross. King of Prussia Wilhelm III. an award for the citizen's merit in his country. The history of this Iron Cross was as varied as the history of Germany. Throughout history it has often been used as an "army cross" and for military decorations; the name cannon cross goes back to that. But the values it stands for still apply today. That is why it is the sovereignty badge of the Bundeswehr.
