The triskele, or triple spiral, is a Celtic symbol. It connects everything 3 times, z. For example: past, present and future - birth, life and death. It symbolizes the cycle of life. All three "branches" are positioned as if a forward movement is being carried out. It gives the wearer protection against negative forces.
Celtic knots, which were not only used by the Celts, but generally in the Middle Ages very often as symbols or in craftsmanship. The first records of the Celtic knot can be found in history, around 450 AD. Unfortunately it is no longer known what the knots should mean.
