Description
The tree of life or tree of life is an ancient symbol in many religions and cults. Since its roots protrude deep into the earth and its tree tops carry or touch the sky, it is a link between heaven, earth and the underworld. But the tree is also a friend of man who gives him orientation, motivation, strength and support.
The Tree of Life or World Tree (Yggdrasil) is the first tree. Its branches spread across all nine worlds and its three roots are gnawed by two snakes.
