The staff of Hermes is the traditional symbol of Hermes and has two serpents wrapped around an often winged staff. It has been adopted by the medical professions in the United States as a symbol of medicine rather than being more narrowly defined after the traditional staff of Asclepius. The two serpent design has ancient and consistent associations with commerce, eloquence, negotiation, alchemy and wisdom. Our pendant is visually appealing and made of the finest stainless steel.
